A compassionate and curious approach guides my work, grounded in a deep interest in understanding how inner narratives shape the way life is experienced. Through ongoing reflection, learning, and personal growth, a strong appreciation has developed for the power of naming, examining, and gently reframing the stories people carry about themselves. This practice centers on creating a supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and encouraged to explore their experiences at their own pace. At its core is the belief that clarity and resilience often begin with being truly understood.
